Every site is different. Before we quote a single hour of cover, one of our senior operations managers visits your venue, walks the floor with you and builds a risk picture based on what actually happens on your busiest night — not a template.
You leave with a written assessment and a recommended staffing plan. There's no charge, no tie-in, and you're free to use it however you like.
We use the details you send us only to arrange your survey and prepare a quote. No marketing lists, no sharing with third parties — see our privacy notice.
- 01Site Walkthrough
We attend your premises at a time that suits you and review entrances, flow, blind spots, capacity and existing measures.
- 02Risk Assessment
A written report covering crowd profile, licensing obligations, incident history and the specific vulnerabilities we identify.
- 03Staffing Plan
Recommended officer numbers, positions and shift patterns — scaled to quiet midweek trade and peak weekend volume.
- 04Transparent Quote
A clear hourly rate with no hidden costs. Take it or leave it — the assessment is yours either way.
